An ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) recovery point is a designated attachment point on the vehicle where a tow strap, winch cable, or other recovery equipment can be securely attached for the purpose of recovering or extracting the ATV from difficult situations such as being stuck in mud, sand, or snow, or when it´s immobilized due to mechanical failure.
